NEW HIGH SPEED LABEL DISPENSER ANNOUNCED

Dispenses and Removes Backing of Labels, Die-Cut Parts, and Security Tape

CLEVELAND, OH—March 3, 2006— A new high speed ESD-safe label dispenser has been announced by ASG, a division of Jergens, Inc. The HLD-2000 can dispense over 130 labels, die-cut parts or pieces of security tape per minute. It automatically removes backings to deliver a ready-to-apply label or die cut part to the operator, saving time and eliminating waste.

The dispenser is easily adjustable to accommodate any roll up to a maximum diameter of 7" (180mm). Label lengths from .59 to 3.95" (15 to 100mm) can be accepted. Overall dimensions are 4.5" x 5.5" x 8.5" (11.5 x 14.0 x 21.5cm), making the unit compact enough for most working stations. The dispenser’s motor is rated for continuous use.
